| My name is Michelle and I am the owner of Bizzee Bees. I am a sahm to 7 great children. I have been sewing for them for 9 years now. My children have tested everything in the store so you can be sure that it will not only work but will stand the test of time. Necessity is the mother of invention. My products came from my needs to improve our lives. And I hope they improve yours as well. My intent is to make available products that are not only cute and practical but also affordable. I do my best to keep my costs down so I can keep my prices down.

| Returns: I will not accept used items for return unless there was a problem with design or manufacture. I will issue a full refund if the item is returned to me within 14 days of recieving the items.

| Shipping: Currently we are able to ship everyday. We ship everything with dc through USPS. If shipping seems high in the cart email me before paying so I can send you a corrected invoice. We do not answer business related emails after sundown on Friday till Sundown on Saturday.

| Our home is smoke free and Pet loving. We do have a cat and a dog. I appoligize for any stray hairs that might find their way to your home. I inspect each item before I ship it but if I miss something please email me to let me know. Customer service is a top priority.

| I wash all fabric on hot twice and dry it twice in the dryer. So there should be little if any shrinkage and bleeding of colors. Occasionally there will be dots left over from pens used from marking, these should wash out with no problems.
